🧠 Model

This is a repackaged SD3.5 for ComfyUI by the Comfy-Org team, based on stabilityai/stable-diffusion-3.5-large and …-medium. FP8 quantization cuts VRAM usage by ~40% while keeping quality.

  • Large FP8 — 8B params, highest quality
  • Medium — 2.5B params, lighter & faster
  • Built-in CLIP-L / CLIP-G / T5-XXL text encoders (medium incl.)

📦 Run it yourself

Local ComfyUI setup

  1. Install ComfyUI (or use 秋叶/aki portable pack)
  2. Download the files from Comfy-Org/stable-diffusion-3.5
  3. Place checkpoints into ComfyUI/models/checkpoints/ and text encoders into ComfyUI/models/text_encoders/
  4. Drag one of the workflow JSON files above into the ComfyUI canvas, pick your checkpoint, and click Queue
